This preliminary options paper forms part of the Rural Homeshoring Model Development Feasibility Study.

It will establish the viability of delivering homeshoring in rural Nottinghamshire. Based upon experience, UKVCC will be assessing 4 basic elements that are essential to the successful deployment of homeshoring. These are:

• A suitable and sustainable pool of agents
• Suitable premises for hubs
• A community based means for attracting and supporting agents
• Clients who want to extend their call centres to utilise this new source of agents (not considered in this Preliminary Options paper)
